I just stumbled across, it looks like it could be interesting:

I downloaded it onto the computers at the UW and gave it a quick try. It's gonna take a little to get used to, but most flight/FPS do. Controls feel a little funky to me but that's nothing a little key mapping won't solve, and to be honest any flight/FPS game where the vertical axis isn't flipped feels wierd to me. But some of the default mapping feels wierd anyway, like pressing shift and numeric + to use your up thrusters.
I kinda like the physics, this isn't like Wing Commander or Freeallegiance, you're gonna be sliding if you make any turns, however you have a ton of thrusters to work with. I could easily map the numeric keypad for all the thrusters methinks.
Didn't look at the site too much but this is still under alot of development, and I have not checked out the multiplayer aspect of it yet, gonna wait until I have a little more time and my big data key so I just have to map out the controls once.
One rather interesting thing is that you can target your target's subsystems, like weapon's control, navigation, etc. It'll be fun sniping away someone's targeting diamond :D Plus it sounds like that is very damaging to the capitol ships.
Anywho, thought this was very interesting and worth a looksie.
