Considering this site isn't even about KH, do we really need to differentiate between "official" and "unofficial" threads about it?

Wow, just wow. I can't believe how horrible the choice of music was.

It didn't really look like KH in the beginning. The knights' armor resembled something from FFXII, except fairly less elaborate. The old man really reminded me of Maat.

The heart began bringing it all together, but Mickey spoiled it completely. He doesn't quite resemble the Mickey from the first two.

Its more an attempt to get all of the discussion in here as opposed to 4 or 5 seperate threads as time goes by.

After all, its not like the game will be out this year. In fact I kind of doubt it will be out in 2008 either.

Calling the thread Kingdom Hearts 3 would have served the same purpose. Two years from now when the game is finally ready to come out, someone will likely create a new thread anyway.

Lol, I assume you never saw the Bonus Movie at the end of KH2, the bonus movie shows that armor with those three picking up 3 keyblades (Each one of the three resembling the keyblades Sora, Kairi, and Riku wielded).

Also near the end of KH2 Mikey changes clothing to something similar to what he's wearing there, kind of like he's copying Sora's fashion. >.>

Realistic graphics don't suit Kingdom Hearts at all. Otherwise I'm excited.

And dear god, what is it with emo kids and Kingdom Hearts? Bad enough there's a zillion lame Final Fantansy "tributes" with "In the end" tagged on them. One for every Playstation FF, always "In the end." There are other band out there besides Linkin Park. Good ones.

What Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts have to do with such an awful band, I'll never know. I can hardly comprehend why a bunch or wristers can get into cheerful Disney characters as it is.

Ehh, might be right. Considering that Mickey is wielding the Dreamweaver Keyblade instead of the Silver Kingdom Hearts. The blue haired female like character has that one, the taller guy in the middle picked up the gold Kingdom Hearts(Which is Sora's Keyblade), then the blonde haired one resembling Roxas picked up the way to dawn keyblade. Seems almost like a hint that the FMV is a past event, seems to suggest that through the Ansem Reports.

Other intresting thing is a frame by frame, you see that the female like character was carrying with them that flowery like keyblade that Kairi was given.

Anyway there is a crap ton of info from KH2: Final Mix+ that pertains to the Keyblade War aka the past:

New Scene with Xemnas below Hollow Baston, in the "Room of Sleep". Xemnas sits down in the chair and the chains light up. The last chain goes to a suit of armor. Xemnas says: "Its been a long time, friend." The camera pans away from the armor to show its the female solders empty armor with her keyblade sticking out of the floor.

Xigbar and Zexion are talking about the past and the great fight with the people who wielded keys. After this fight the man named Xehanort appears and Ansem the Wise takes him in. Xemnas often travels to the room of sleep, to which Xigbar has eavesdropped. Xigbar has heard Xemnas talking to someone else, though he's supposed to be alone. Pretty obvious its the female solders armor. Also Castle Oblivion is being built (the the time of the CS) not only to study memories but to look for the other room, the "Room of Awakening"

In the CS right before Sora's (optional) boss fight with the tallest of the Armored Solders, the solder says:
"Aqua... Ven... Keyblade... who are you? I can feel it... we have met before... it was when... No... it isn't you... It isn't you that I have chosen... Why is it not him... Xe... ha... nort... is that you? Xeha... nort... Xehanort!"

In the second "CS" you get after you win (and thats a big if, can 2-3 shot you in Proud, can 1 shot you on Critical) and go back the Solder expresses that he really really hates Xehanort.

Also, Nomura has stayed (in mutliple interviews, including a recent one on IGN) that this is NOT a teaser for KH3, but a spin off series/game. The game (at least the first one) will have something to do with Xehanort, and Sora and Riku are under the "I'm not going to say" category (its not a main number KH game, so its not about Sora). Also Sora, Riku and Kairi are ruled out as future versions/incarnations of the Solders (Nomura has stated this as well). The only identity is that all 3 are related to characters we know.

I think thats all I know. Getting KH2: Final Mix+ later this month/early May :p.

EDIT: Forgot, Nomura has stated that the teaser takes place in the past, but also the future. Wrap your brains around that one, I'm going to sleep.

Much better music, too. Still think those three are either older versions of the three (taken into the past or something), or rather the ones we know are something of reincarnations of those three we see in the video.
