For those who are curious, I made two videos. One is a quick, low quality 5 megabyte video. The other is a high quality, 1280x720, 51.32 megabyte which really shows the beauty and abilities of the game. I put the files on filefront (yeah, I know...) instead of here since they aren't related to FFXI. Filefront has ability to stream them, but the streams are distorted because I made the videos wide screen. Plus, the streams really don't do either of them justice. I tried linking the downloads directly, but filefront doesn't allows that. So...
Go to http://hosted.filefront.com/fastcart/ and click "Download Now" beside "lotro_rivendell.avi." If you get this, then ignore the teaser. Don't click the "lotro_rivendell.avi" link itself as it will take you to the crappy streaming video.
Otherwise, click "Download Now" beside "lotroteaser.avi" if you can't really download the better video.
Notes: Both videos are in Divx format (though I was tempted to try x.264). When the horse jumps randomly, that's me making it jump. It's difficult for me to steer and show off the UI at the same time (no, I don't ride horses while under the influence). The lag you sometimes see comes from my PC not being fast enough to record at 1280x720 and run the game at Ultra High (maxed) settings at the same time.
If you have any question, feel free to ask. I hope the Rivendell video does the game justice. I didn't record any combat because there are plenty of those vids on youtube.
