Yeah, they did.

I own it, owned it since it released in the United States for that matter. I'm pretty sure it was released for PC same time as the PS release in the US (1997 right?).

I remember seeing ff8 for the PC, very briefly (at wal-mart, out of all places o.O) . Never caught eye of 7 though.

Other than XI, those were the only two released for PC, and thus the only two readily available to me ; ;

Many an hour was spent on my friend's playstation to compensate.

FFVII and VIII were released for the PC, but none after that... though you can always get a PS1 emulator.

Fortunately they have the games up through 6 (or something like that) planned for release on the GBDS, which I do own (that doesn't qualify as a console though, right? Just making sure I haven't been making innacurate statements).

X-2 is NOT 12.

X-2 is actually the sequal to 10, hence the X-2 in the name. :-\

Yea go FFIII on NDS! I hope they make some of the other FF games on DS, bring back the ninni's! (nintendo FF franchise)

You are aware that FFIII is a remake of the japanese version, not the american released FFIII (Final Fantasy VI [6] in japan)?

FFVII - PC Version - Release date: May 31, 1998
FFVII - PS Version - Release date: 1997

FFVIII - PS Version - Sep 7th, 1999
FFVIII - PC Version - Dec 31st, 1999

So close release dates kinda but not at the same time

I dunno how someone could think FFX-2 was FFXII since if you have read any gaming news you know FFXII is coming out in North America soon and was already released in Japan. :x

But well anything is possible I guess x_x
