Oh boy. They'll be facing a lawsuit from Gog and Ug, two of the most powerful cavemen in business. Forbes Magazine named them "Smartest Men of our Time", in fact.

But seriously, our patent system is so broken that ABC Corporation can create genetically enhanced grapes, patent them, let them "accidentally" mate and grow in XYZ Corporation's yard, and sue XYZ Corporation for patent infringement.

Hmmm... Since Bill Gates left Microsoft, making Steve "AHHHH!" Balmer the CEO, things may play out differently then then they would with previous incidents like this in the past, when Gates was still the CEO.
