    Which FF character did you have a crush on?

    There isn't a fanboy today that doesn't look twice at the modern playstation Final Fantasy women. Anywhere from Tifa, to Yuna, to Rinoa, Final Fantasy ladies have always been appeasing to the eyes.

    My question is: Which Final Fantasy character did you have a crush on?

    My answer would have to be Rydia. Back when I was young, Final Fantasy 2 was the best roleplaying game out on the market for the Super Nintendo. I played it non-stop, to the point where my fingers bruised.

    Rydia, was always my favorite Final Fantasy character. Not only did she have the most colourful personality, but she was also the most caring, and selfless one of the bunch. I guess you could attribute the fact that she was my age at the time (8)... and when I grew up, she was more conveniently my age again! (16)

    Now that I'm older, I can't crush on her anymore, otherwise Bahamut'll smite me for statutory, but I'll never forget my first game-crush.

    Girls can answer this too, since I know theres probably a billion Vincent or Reno lovers out there already.

      Anyway, I wouldn't say crush, but they did make the FFVII women look good in Advent Children.



      (Pictures/names copyright/trademark/whatever square-enix, etc etc.)

      I'm still amazed at the texture on Aerith's (Aeris') jacket.

        I'd have to say Yuffie. Just something about a woman with an attitude and a devious mind.

          I would say yuffee. I can't really imagine having a crush on a 16 bit character.....

            I'm sure ten to fifteen years from now when video game characters are so realistic that you can actually see the sweat producing from their millions of pores, people will be saying the same thing about you and your, "CD/DVD-ROM" video game characters.

            They did have anime drawings to depict FF characters outside of the game, back in the day. Just like they do nowadays.

                I have a crush on Vincent still... I think its the cape, or the gun... or the "devil-may-care" attitude. I'm jealous of his hair, though....
