    The Wii Controller

    Okay.
    The Wii has a motion sensor, right?

    I tried to play Silent Scope with a gun on my Plasma screen TV...
    And no guns that make use of the sensor work with Plasma TVs...

    So...Will the Wii be able to???
    Or, would it be pointless to get a Wii if you plan on playing on a Plasma Screen TV???

    I don't think Nintendo has released any information on how it's going to work. I'm guessing that it's going to be the Wii itself or an attachment to the TV or something of that sort that will pick up the motion.

      I was told that it was a relational sensor between the controller and the Wii console.

              It has a sensor that you put above or below the TV.

              This is not light gun technology... it's something new and awesome.

                That actually doesn't look too bad...
                Let's hope this sensor can span a 42".

                  It looks like it'll take some time getting used to ._. haha i wonder how many arms are gonna get tired from holding the controller up too long or how many "accidents" will happen from people swinging their arms around too fast..

                          so far I have yet to hear anything about the Wii that makes me less likely to buy it. I may even preorder one.
