There will be some adjusting.
Dispite demo's it will not feel "right" with everyone.
Just like fighting games have developed a "buffer system" for people who have less then perfect timing (doing quarter circle 3x gets you dragon punch-classic idea) to doing a combo before the first punch on the controller.
Same with wii. Adults might(or may not) have an easier time, getting timing down, but the younger people might be harder to get used too.
Motion sense is slower then buttons, simply because of the on-off of a button and the xyz of 3d space.
Slashing something 27 times might make your character die a quick death, because it'll interpret it as something else.
Some might see it as part of the "skill" of a certain game, others will see it as an annoyance, and developers will groan, when they forget to beta test it well enough.
Of course there must be some hard limits to how accurate the wii-chuck is going to be. Hopefully it's not too slow, as that would just be annoying as heck.
