LOL I said to my husband "Wouldn't it be funny if mom was just using the box to put another present inside.....it would be the Christmas that they would never forget!! I could see them come into therapy talking about how Christmas was forever ruined from the time Mom tricked them....."

my parents did that to me with the PSX, but the next day they gave me the console, i was pissed, but not at the same scale as that kid ._.

PSX is jsut the first Playstation. I think the reason PSX is used instead of PS1 is to avoid confusion with the actual minature PS1 that was released later.

Actually the acroynm PSX is an entirely different system. It refers to a PS2/media system that was released in Japan only.
