This is, know anyone who seems to play online games only for cybersex?
Apparently there are some games coming out they might be interested in.

In "Naughty America: The Game," set to launch early this summer, players will assume the forms of alluring but cartoonish people who meet, flirt and have sex with other player characters.

Yup, that's right. A game is coming out whose primary game mechanic is cybersex. I guess we should've seen it coming after seeing games like Singles and that girl who started the cyber-brothel in The Sims Online.

EDIT: I saw this on foxnews website yesterday at work too. I nearly fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. The odd thing was that over half the people they interviewed who were working on the various games were all women. Seemed rather nonstereotypical.

I remember The Sims Online turned into a huge cyberfest. There are several "cybering" games in development at the time. The pr0n industry is involved in all of them and ecstatic to be taking a bigger slice of the pie.

Yeah, this isn't the first game with graphic sex in it, nor will it be the first game where people will meet online for sexual reasons. It is, afaik, the first game created with the expressed purpose of facilitating sex online. That awful Sociolotron thing that caught headlines a couple years ago doesn't count.

Now ... I have at least one friend that should be issued a copy of this game. I could even see it gaining a small following. But I can not wait to hear the media/political response when video games move in force into the sex industry. The "make-your-own-porn room?" Old Jack's gonna have a field day.
