I think I have $30 coming back to me from that. If it makes you feel any better, I haven't seen my kickback yet, either.

EDIT: Speaking of Guacamelee!, it's kicking me in the teeth right now. The game is amazing, but I'm on one of the secret levels and this wonderful Metroidvania game suddenly showed some teeth and turned into VVVVVV or Super Meat Boy. Wowsers, crazy platforming.

I believe I got Persona 3 Portable on the start date - in fact, I'm pretty sure I did becaue it started the same day EOIV came out and then the other Persona games went on sale for 50% off for two weeks in the midst of it so P3P, Persona, P2 IS and P2 EP when they finally got Vita download compatibility sorted out for ir.

I've not been playing much save for knocking out additional Paralogues and Streetpass battles on Fire Emblem Awakening. Surprisingly, I see a great frequency of streetpass battles for Fire Emblem Awakening where I typically see nothing for other games. Guess it did rather well in my area.

I've also been playing Patchwork Heroes when I'm not playing Persona 4 Golden. It reminds me of Qix in a way, but backwards and so I've been popping open my 3DS to play VC Game Boy version of that was well. I actually quite like Patchwork Heroes even if I find the story bits a tad unncessary. Its got a fun art style and a bombastic, brassy soundtrack that goes well with it. It strikes me as the sort of game the folks behind No Heroes Allowed! would make, but I'm unsure if its the same part of the Japan Studio team at Sony.

I believe the $10 for $50 bonuses are getting sent out today (April 12) at some point, so you shouldn't have long to wait.

Patchwork Heroes IS very Qix-like. I'd like to think it's the sort of game that the creators of Qix would have eventually made if they were to make a more modern game. Sadly, I didn't find the gameplay all that compelling even with the extra wrinkles like bombs and whatnot.

As for me, I'm almost done wrapping up Guacamelee. Finished the game and unlocked Hard mode. Just need 1 more treasure and then tackle Hard mode for a platinum trophy.

Been playing the SWTOR expansion Rise of the Hutt Cartel and the new raid "Scum and Villainy"... Dear god it's so much fun and has some of the most fun boss fight mechanics I've seen in an MMO, and this is an MMO where pretty much every raid boss gets some interesting mechanic or puzzle aspect.

You have one fight where you're navigating a sandstorm while someone holds up a shield and you try to take down a Rancor hunting you. Imagine the ME2 final mission without the instant death if you step out of the bubble.

Then there's another where everyone has to sneak though part of a city and split into 4 teams to simultaneously take out a group of sentries before sneaking over to the real boss.

There's also one that has an auction mechanic where you can spend tokens to hire droids to help you take down the boss.

The final boss is great too with him being able to summon Illusions of everyone's companions to fight. Bioware did a damn good job of making it intense too especually if it summons one of your favourites to fight or someone you really got attached to. Oh yeah and he likes to call in a freaking Kell Dragon.

Not as good as 3 or 5, but decent. Mostly I just hate the cast in this one, ESPECIALLY Remus... omg I just want to murder him in the most brutal fashion possible...

I'm enjoying Bioshock Infinite ^^ - it's my friend's copy and so he brings it over from time to time and we just chat it up while playing (he's already beaten it so yeah). Elizabeth is the *best* freaking NPC of all time. I dunno how the hell Kevin Levine can top her :/

I like Elizabeth a lot, but she's written in a very weird way. One moment she's completely naive, the next she's wiser than Methuselah. She's super useful in combat, and isn't a burden since enemies never target her, so kudos to Ken Levine for learning the lessons of RE5.

On a happy note, I got my reward from Sony yesterday, but it was a little more than I was expecting. I spent, to my recollection, just a shade over $150 on PSN last month, but I got $40 back. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.

No, I meant RE5. Sheva would fight back but what usually would happen is she'd burn through all her ammo and then cry for help. :/ Some of the worst AI I've ever seen in a AAA game.

I don't agree, because you're stuck with Sheva so you're forced to deal with her rock-stupid AI whether you like it or not.

Eh still, at least she shoots stuff and holds extra items for you. (I'm not really defending Sheva here so much as expressing my preference for an AI buddy who can actually fight back or contribute in some manner, as opposed to purely being a detriment)

Still waiting for Pandora's Tower, I think it got delayed... again -_-
