I had the weirdest reaction to that Star Wars Kinect video earlier today. Part of me was actively frowning, but then it was so goofy and bastardizing that I shifted between the frown and the smile. I just never imagined Star Wars doing Dance Central. I guess the word I'm looking for is "befuddled."

The BF3 patch (finally) went live for 360 today, woot.

Now all 3 platforms are up to date - still downloading it though, 1.02 GB file size rofl.

got my Sega CD in last night, and it seems to be working perfectly, also got in Dungeon Master II and Vay for it ^.^

but before I go old school..... I need to finish Tales of Graces, and start XenoBlade..... not to mention Spirit Camera comes on on the 13th -.-

Working my way through Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations (good lord that's a long title). All story modes cleared, all characters unlocked, now to make my way through Survival mode, but it's not looking promising. I'm not a bad fighting game player, but it's a somewhat daunting task to battle against a string of 4-11 AI opponents and only allowing "up to" 20-25% health recovery after each round (realistically you average more like 10%). And I'm only on Intermediate Survival, and there's 2 more tiers of difficulty above that.

Up next I think I'll play a little more Tales of Graces f and maybe fire up Jak & Daxter HD Collection afterwards. Oh, and I picked up Knights in the Nightmare for PSP/Vita and will probably throw some time at it "soonish".

I have learned a hard lesson in Kid Icarus today.

Going into any level on the highest difficulty with a weapon with a negative Overall Defense penalty is not a good idea, when with a scrubby little boss like Twinbellows.

Even though it was my first six-star rated weapon, I downgraded the Angel Bow to a Burst Blade just to get rid of the stat. angel Bow has awesome homing for ranged attacks and good melee, but also has one of the lowest firing rates in the game.

And if I do have Internet access on my 360?

I put Morrowind in, it reads and then says I need an HDD, which I have. So what gives? It's one of the compatible games.

EDIT; Nevermind, it seems you can't run Xbox games on the 360 Slim if you only have the 4GB HDD because the official HDDs have the "key" file written in to the HDD to unlock the feature. USB thumb drives with the requisite files won't be recognized, either.

That's just so weak. Crafty, but still weak. Getting a proper HDD was on my to-do list so I could free up that 16GB SD card for my 3DS, but still.

Oh well, its not like it was a good idea for me to start another open-world epic just before Xenoblade Chronicles came out anyway. Guess I'll wait fora good deal on a 360 HDD off Amazon or something.

Still playing Graces F. Funny how I am about 35 hours in and know I still have about 10-15 hours left of the main story, 10 more for the epilogue and then all the side quests and bonus dungeons. Plus the coliseum. They really don't make games like this often anymore.

At first; but as the game progresses (and especially in Linage and Legacies), she evolves a personality from her interactions with Asbel and Co. Cassandra Morris does a good job of taking her from a monotone, hollow being and slowly making her more human.

Characters being emotionless has never stopped Spock from finding things "intriguing," Data in TNG from taking up and enjoying classical music or having a cat, Aigis from Persona forming a bond with Korumaru (a dog) or Heartless like Axel, Roxas and Xion from comprehending and communicating emotion.

They still have preferences and routines they're comfortable with. Without these things in place you'd end up with some really boring characters in a story.
