Finished Digital Devil Saga, started Digital Devil Saga 2. Good stuff so far, even if they took all my powers and made me start over. Beats the shit out of that other "saga" PS2 had.
Started Shadow of the Colossus last night, I have felled six Colossi so far. I stabbed them in the head.
So I was duping in Disgaea 3 trying to duplicate some dual stat innocents. Played for about 3 hours and only got 4 dupes lol. My luck is terrible as of late. Trying to get my troops powered up so that we'll be able to head to LoC when I decide to finish collecting pirate tickets. When in item world, I've been trying to find the music shop and for some reason it just will not pop for me. I really want Disgaea 2's Item World music. ;_;

Played and finished Screed 2 over the last 2 days...
All I can say is WTF!? Absolutely can not wait for 3 now, but I'm curious just how much (if any) of the game will revolve around the Animus and another Ancestor. Oh yeah, and there better be yet another little scene with Altair
AC Spoilarz
We've gotten pretty much everything we needed to know from Altair and Ezio, save for maybe what Ezio did with the Staff and the Apples 1 & 2. Plus we know Adam & Eve escaped from Eden, the warning was delivered to Desmond etc etc so what more point is there to using the animus? Unless they have Desmond use the Animus for a WW2 or later setting to train him on modern-day combat.
I don't see how they could possibly end the series from within the Animus since the Templar aren't even the real threat; the Sun is! So as much as some people are already QQ over it, the final parts of the series will in all likeliness revolve around Desmond working with the remaining Assassins to stop Abstergo and whatever calamity awaits Mankind. It's possible maybe he has one more Ancestor who discovered what they need to know to stop it, though what Era is anyone's guess (but it would have to be after Ezio).
I recently started InFamous again to finally do my evil play through now that the Gigablades are free DLC. While the main story doesn't change all that much, the experience is something completely different from the first one. You can just be so much more reckless and vicious when you fight, with all your powers being far more destructive to the point where everything you get eventually blows stuff up somehow. It also feels like it's easier to take on big groups of baddies since all the attacks are less focused and more widespread, blowing up entire teams of badguys all at once. And it's a lot nicer to be able to use the Thunder Drop at will and use citizens as living batteries that completely restore my energy mid-fight. My favorite moment so far was taking out no less then 20 people with a single thunder drop, 12 cops and 8 civies who were just strolling by.
At this point I can't wait to get that massive lightning attack, I'm gonna put it to such great use.

Unless they have Desmond use the Animus for a WW2 or later setting to train him on modern-day combat.
They might use it for a present day training for combat, and then just toss the ancestor thing away now since he should've learned all he needs to know. I'm wondering what kind of tech they'll use to help Desmond do the assasxxxxtions in the present. No amount of tech will replace the Hidden Blade lol. Maybe in AC3 we'll actually get to see the "real outside"?

>.> it's the way peoples pronounce Assassin's Creed to make it short.
Tell peoples to stop doing that lol.

So I beat the Munchables. Not going to win GOTY anytime soon, but downright fun for the $10 price tag I bought it at. Would be a great game for young kids; it's a lot like katamari, but shinier, easier to understand in terms of level design and controls, more kid-friendly plot, and you don't get the King of all Cosmos insulting you if you fail to get as large as possible.
Humorously, after bashing Armored Core 4 in that other thread, my brother bought it for ridiculously cheap. So I've been playing it. Messing with the control scheme makes it bearable. In spite of many many things I hate about it, I'm finding lots to like (the equivalent to Arena play is a "Simulator" which you still get paid for winning. Since it's just a simulation, you don't even have to buy the parts you're using).
I'm also sitting in the Character Creation screen for Dragon Age right now. Not sure I'll be able to keep with it (I've never ever completed more than 10% of those games that give me character dialogue options for every conversation), but it seems pretty neat. I've already digested a fair amount of the dragon age wiki in preparation. Either going for a rogue or an enfeeble/buff mage. Hmmmm.

I'm playing DA:O, as well. The dwarf noble origin story was great, it almost made me want to continue with the dwarf, but he's a warrior and almost everybody you find in the beginning of the game are warriors as well. I didn't realize that you could also find a rogue until I had started a rogue, myself, and did a little more exploring in Lothering. The game has been great, so far, but I'm becoming inundated with side quests. Those offering them aren't even organized enough to have their representatives in each city offer quests specific to the city they're in. Let's coordinate, people. So far, I can pull quests out of a box, out of a bag, and off a sign. I can also get rogue quests from innkeepers. I turned down a request that I help some other group, so I'm assuming there were a lot more quests there as well.
