Re: What games are you currently playing?
Like I said I love SMT IV and accept that there has to be some simplification for a handheld game. You need to be able to jump in and out at any time. I think I was a mostly bothered because I was expecting the combat to feel more slow and tactical like the older SMT games. I did get the feeling that most bosses in SMT had two stages: the first stage were you wipe trying to discover what you can hit it with, and the second attempt where you abuse the hell out of it.
SJ and IV do make me miss the 3D animated battles of Nocturne, but the sprites are all incredibly well done, and some of the demon designs I do like. I especially like he new Archangel designs.
And honestly I think I prefer being able to select what gets passed on via fusion that they did in P4G and SMTIV. It cut out a lot of frustration and is kind of necessary in a handheld game. No train driver will stay at my stop for a few minutes while I keep resetting to try and get the perfect Luficer fusion to go and fight Margeret with.
