Finally beat Pokemon Y. Team Flare is by far the stupidest, suckiest team in Pokemon history. However, I very much enjoyed the Elite Four.

Super Mario 3D World is awesome. My fiancé was playing A Link Between Worlds and it looked awesome too.

Beat Shadow of the Colossus - good game. Not great, but good. Still don't care for Ico.


State of Decay isn't perfect, but it's the best damn zombie game I've played in ages and I really hope Undead Labs has success with their future MMO because the main thing missing from the game is a solid MP component. Day Z is OK but it's just not the same.

Been playing a bunch of Mario Kart Wii lately. Thinking about picking up Mario Kart DS later, and I'm sorely tempted to download Super Mario Kart (again--different household, different Wii). Definitely in that sort of mood, I suppose.

Apart from that I picked up SMG2 just because it was there and I hadn't yet.

Now working on Knack and Super Motherload, and still have to find time to start up Tearaway and Assassin's Creed 4...

Now do it all again, only this time make sure it has the proper IVs.

Lv50 Level Cap in X/Y online play, so IVs are nowhere near as vital as they are at Lv100.

I think Air Superiority is a game mode included in China Rising.

Yea, we've been unlocking China Rising assignments for a week or two now. Some we can't, because the respective game modes aren't available, but some require killing people in different (existing) ways all in one match. It's why I'm using the L96A1.

Unless they changed the formulas, your stats are proportional to your level; your stats at 50 are half of what they're at 100*. IVs contribute as much to your stats at 50 as they do at 100.

Aren't IVs barely a factor even at 100?

IVs can make up to 10% to over 25% of your stat total depending on the Pokemon's base stat and whether you've invested EVs. For high stats with full EVs, the difference is small; for low stats with no EVs, the difference between min and max IVs can be crippling. Speed in particular is a dealbreaker because it's all-or-nothing; losing even 1 point of Speed can put you at a disadvantage.

*Not literally, because there's a constant +5 in the stat formula, but close enough.
