Quick check on Newegg.com shows the commodity USB 2.0 flash drives still commanding $17 ~ $25 for 64GB. There isn't exactly a huge market for PS Vita memory cards, so I would think selling them at $20 would be a money loser for Sony.
$30 or even $35 may be a more reasonable price to ask for, depending on how exactly Sony implementes the system. (Not that Sony would listen to little guys like us, of course.)
