Looks legit to me. Although the poses and animations for the girl are pretty messed up. Guess they were focusing on the art assets.

Nintendo got some 3DS eShop announcements slipped via a rather under-the-radar Nintendo Direct announcement.

Three of the four games from Level 5's Japanese retail release Guild 01 are coming the the US and Europe via eShop.

                - Suda 51's LIberation Maiden - essentially a top-down bullet hell shooter featuring a high school girl that is also President of Japan
                - Yoot Saito's Aeroporter - Puzzle game about managing passengers at an airport, TSA groping not included
                - Yasumi Matsuno's Crimson Shroud - A table top RPG by the creator of Vagrant Story, Basiscape provides the music as usual.

Pushmo (Pullblox in the EU) is getting a sequel - Crashmo (Fallblox in Eu). Pushmo was a damn good little puzzler and this one evolves the formula of the previous game to let you move some blocks sideways rather than just forward and backward, some blocks well even fall if you remove supports as the name implies. So that's cool, I've been getting back into Pushmo lately since its a nice relaxing game.

Firewind will also be pleased to know that Ghostlight will be releasing Devil Survivor Overclocked for 3DS and DS2 for DS in Europe. No set date yet, but there's that to look forward to.

                    But wait! There's more.

                    Per Dtoid:

Deep breath! Additionally, the eShop will be getting Super Mario 3D Land, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D, and Mario Kart 7 on October 18. These games are $39.99 each, which, frankly isn't that expensive considering how well Nintendo software retains its value.

Virtual Console hasn't been getting the love I would like it too, but these upcoming titles don't hurt:

                    Mario Golf (launches Oct. 11)
Castlevania: The Adventure (launches Oct. 25)
                    Ninja Gaiden (launches Nov. 8)
Zelda II - The Adventure of Link (launches Nov. 22)
Wario Land II (launches Dec. 20)
Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (launches Dec. 27)

As for the aforementioned game demos, those are going to be: Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!!, Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, LEGO The Lord of the Rings, Moshi Monsters: Moshlings Theme Park, and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. Specific dates were not disclosed, although we do know that a second demo for Style Savvy: Trendsetters is coming out on November 1.

So when you download a 3DS game, is it stored on the SD card or on the system itself?

SD card, 3DS has very little internal storage and its reserved for the features already included in the system like Mii Plaza and such. If you're still using the included 2GB card, you might want to look into an upgrade. As it turns out a game like Super Mario 3D Land is like 300 MB, but if Nintendo starts moving games like Kid Icarus, MGS3 Snake Eater, Kingdom Hearts or Kid Icarus uprising those get into the 2.5 to 4GB territory.

Thankfully, you can store them on a HDD if need be, without any BS involved.

Was wondering because I'd imagine some of those games much be huge. Guess I really should buy another SD Card. Didn't think the 2GB one that comes with the system would cut it when it comes to downloading games.

Some electronic stores like Radio Shack sell SD-compatible thumbdrives for under ten bucks, so if your library ever gets too cumbersome HDD storage is an option.

Can you play it on a different 3DS?

If its registered to your account, yeah. They implemented the system transfer feature about this time last year. If you have a 3DS and get a 3DS XL to go with it, it should work on both so long as both are registered to you.

Interestingly this was just a while after Sony limited how many Playstation platforms shared content. Sony went from five to two and Nintendo lets you go up to five 3DSes at least, I think.

Here's where you can find details on that, actually, just in the event I'm not totally right on that.

I think what happens is if you move data via System transfer you're moving all the data of that game from one system to the new target system. I do know I can switch SD cards and copy back my data from the HDD and my 3DS won't put up a fuss about it being on a new SD card because the data was approved for that 3DS by being linked to my account.

Just as a refresher, here's the Guild 01 trailer. Kinda bummed the that little Blacksmith shop Reccetear-ish game isn't planned to come stateside, though.
