I was finally able to play STO... for a while.

But now I'm getting Disconnected from Server every minute in space. It's a shame really, I was starting to get into the game, but it's completely unplayable like this. I log in, fight for 30 seconds and get disconnected, then I have to log in again to try to go back into the fray... for another 30 seconds.

Ground seems to be ok though, but since most of the fun happens in space disconnecting every minute is beyond annoying.

I'm not so sure, it's more about the crappy servers. If it was my connection or computer I'd get kicked out regardless of area but this is localized. Most of the times it's space areas that do this, but once I get past the first minute without getting kicked out I can stay in the area for a s long as I want. So what I do now is wait a few mins before I try to log in again, sometimes I get in the right queue and can play, but it's a coin toss.

Either way the game is better now than last time I gave it a try. If it wasn't for the disconnects I'd be very happy and on my way to Admiral and a Sovereign. XD

My gaming interest has been non-existent for the past week. Tried to play from MGS: Peace Walker, to finishing my Dragon Age: Origins DLC, to the still-patch-less Armored Core V. Not an hour passed before I turned off those games.

Brought out the Wii, blew the dust off, and put in my never-touched Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition. Forgot how great this game was! Granted, I never went past the Laboratory part due to a faulty PS2 rental disc years ago.

I've also forgotten how cheesy Leon's dialogue is.

Think I'm gonna grab Skyward Sword and Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny later on; it's about time my Wii got some lovin'.

Finally got around to finishing Linage and Legacies in Graces (stupid school). Took 4 fucking tries to get the Dual the Sol extensions correct. FWIW for anyone who wants to do it, you need to press the input buttons and HOLD THEM DOWN VERY FUCKING HARD until the she starts the next extension. The game for some stupid reason will not register if you just press and hold normally. You get a ton of extra exp, sp and gald, not to mention seeing your characters survive a 300k-700k attack series (depends on difficulty), so it is worth it.

Now for the bonus dungeon! Hour 100 here I come :x.

Once the Wii-mote is done recharging, I'll be playing Pandora's Tower. I've heard the music is pretty darn gewd.

Wow, I was afraid to let go of my awesome Meteor Bow in Kid Icarus: Uprising since it was my first ever halfway decent weapon (granted, I found it in a multiplayer fight, I didn't make it) and my first 1st Place weapon. Though it's limitations really showed after a while. Still, I pretty much used it for the entire duration of the main storyline.

Today, I used it to fuse a new weapon though.

Today was a good connection day, so I spent most of my sunday playing STO. <_<;

And I'm barely Lieutenant (lvl7) so it will still be a long time before I can get a Sovereign (40+). But even the starter ship is pretty cool. XD

Man, I had been grinding weapons for so long on a few stages of Kid Icarus Uprising that I hadn't really played much beyond what I had felt was the halfway point, now I'm just getting to 75% completion. Its like a full season of anime in there. Or at least the most zany, fucked up Greek odyssey I've ever seen. The levels have all been incredibly imaginative and the humor and fourth wall stuff just never gets old.

Right now my Pandora's Claws are my best weapon, though I'm still partial to the Cursed Palm overall.

Good grief, Pandora's Tower certainly knows how to make you scream terrible words at the TV. I am not liking the sixth boss who uses sunlight as an obnoxious ultra defence... making me get a Timed Game Over, how rude.

Xenoblade still awesome ^.^ but have to sort through some stuff I got from some people yesterday. Got two GBA SPs and a GameCube, along with a PSP3k I need to fix.

Maybe I should reinstall ST:O now that it's free. I enjoyed the hell out of the ship combat. The ground missions were super meh, though. Has that gotten better? To what extent can you avoid the lamer content?
