Is it strange to feel physically ill while playing a Sega Master System game?

I don't think I've ever had any old systems games wear on me quite like this one. Then again, I keep wishing for the arcade version of Quartet on my Wii Virtual Console knowing its never going to happen. Thankfully the SMS version never happened on Virtual Console.

Phantasy Star, though? I think I'd be able to enjoy the original Dragon Quest more than this.

While looking for my copy of Elite Force (still can't find it (T-T ) ) I felt the urge of playing Fallout 3.

Baaaaaad move.


I ended up deleting all my save files and starting over. Then proceeded to play until 4am-ish. This is precisely why I try to avoid playing Skyrim, and I actually like Fallout more, so...

I Downloaded House of the Dead 4 fro PS3, great port of the Arcade version. I loved Quartet, fun ass arcade game, did not know it was on SMS though, maybe I should try and find it. I also got my Turbo Tap and second controller for my TG-16, so I need to start getting more 2-4 player TG-16 games

Golden Sun. Never finished it, then lost the cartridge somewhere along the way. Finally tracked down a cart. Loving it just as much as I did when it was new.

Seems like Sony wants to cash in on Demon's Souls now that From Software has had success with it elsewhere.

Ugh. Just ugh. Art style is overwrought even compared to the real Souls games. Probably a MH clone anyway, though. I guess they'll do anything to sell a Vita at this point.

Also it looks like TWEWY fans may have something to look forward to.

PSOne games are still not all entirely up, though most downloadable PSP games are available. No plans to implement PS2 Classic functionality. All I know about compatibility for it at this point.

Vita just barely outsold 360 in Japan last week. PSP sold just about three times that and 3DS was running away with about twice what PSP and vita sold together.

Downloadable? Sounds like I'd be SOL unless I could somehow access the Japanese site from a Vita with an NA account, while also being able to download the games connecting from Mexico. <_<;

Crossplay games have largely been backed out of, abandoned or struggling in development. MGS HD Collection for Vita is now just MGS2 and MGS3. Peacewalker - the very game that was supposed to champion the "transfarring" concept, has been taken out of the package entirely. FFX HD is now two separate versions, one for PS3 and one for Vita, if you want crossplay saves, you'll have to buy both.

Dragon's Crown, which I posted on earlier today, was almost given up on my Ignition - partly due to their acquisition by Disney and being repurposed for other projects in their region. Atlus saved that one and is now taking over co-development duties with Vanillaware. It was probably an expensive project for such a small publisher anyway and with Vita struggling as it is and the game fairly niche for PS3 its not surprising Disney would dump it.

Remote Play just plain doesn't work on much of anything and still doesn't after several updates. This is hardly surprising, though, as it hardly ever worked for PSP. Sony is in no rush to do anything about it.

Tales of Graces F main storyline complete, beaten on Hard. Malik and Cheria died in the last 10 seconds so Pascal got the Finishing Mystic Arte (was going for Sophie or Malik, but Sophie was item use locked from the Arcane Bottle)

Linage and Legacies started. Supposed to be at least 10 hours with 3/4 the dialog of the main game. Hell of an epilogue if you ask me.

I'm not getting a Vita any time soon, if ever. And to think I would actually rather get a 3DS than a Vita... Sony is getting pretty good at self-destructing.

Speaking of which, how far does the 3DS go with backwards compatibility? And also, is it region locked?
