A good point, Kuu. Although it isn't performing as splendidly as they had hoped, the PSP launched with a retail price well below all analyst speculation. And to be honest, I'm more shocked about how much they were able to fit in that thing compared to what they're doing with the PS3.

I wouldn't say it's "official" that PS3 is launching in the spring for sure. It is, official, however, that Sony is still planning on a Spring launch, most likely only in Japan with a US release to follow a few months later and a European launch more than likely in early 2007.
