Ok i havent played the game in about 2 weeks now and im pretty bored with it and i recently got a xbox and i want to play on xbox live should i go to xbox live or stay with ffxi i dont no i want the ppls thought about it
ps:Im sorry i havent been on the forums recently dont yall miss my mispelled words and bad sentence stuctur

Well, you can't really compare the two. One is a single MMO, and the other is a full-fledged service for a plethora of online games.

Depends on what you like. Do you prefer to play FFXI? Or do you prefer first-person shooters like Halo or racing games like Project Gotham?

Sign up for the Xbox 360 FFXI Beta, then log in with your POL account when the full version comes out on 360? or your could sell your 360 on ebay and use the money you make on drugs/gil.

Agreed. You will definately get more variety if you go with Live and if thats what your looking for then you know the answer to your question.

Let me put it this way.... for darkages, he should go for XBOX live. The majority of people I've played with on Xbox live are little kids. Just the other day, I was playing halo, and while I was waiting in the lobby, I speculated how one little kid had a dumb altercation with another kid. The conversation went something like this:

Kid 1: To everyone here, I'd just like to let you all know that I will own you

Kid 2: STFU you noob!

Kid 1: Go f*ck yourself you dumb sh*t!

Just about all the people I've heard in the lobby sound like little kids (11-16) who rabble on about how they're going to own all the other people. What's wrong with parents these days? This may be offtopic, but parents are the reason why people like darkages play mature games!!! Damn politicians are blaming school shootings on the video games. ERRRGH. Not only am I dazed, but I'm extremely pissed off
