Here are some free MMORPGS I have played and tried to play :
Thang - not bad. it's free. not much choice in armor, everyone tends to look the same. Graphics arent too bad. and like alot of Korean rpgs the game is free but you gotta (top-up!) and PAY for the uber items... which I think is BS.
Gate to Heavens - another one of those asian E-games. Graphics are not that great. Characters tend to look the same. the male characters look like Cloud Strife. This game will get you by when you have nothing else to play. and like alot of Korean rpgs the game is free but you gotta (top-up!) and PAY for the uber items...which is the same in my book as paying for GIl from IGE. I do not agree with this.
Rakion - Very nice game, Graphics are very good, gameplay is very good. but it's not really a mmorpg, you enter rooms (games) of 8 people 4 on 4 PVP. You can still lvl you character and buy items. This game is free but I wonder for how long.
Xiah - Looks good, tried numerous times to register to no avail. did not play it.
Silkroad - Looks really good but have tried numerous times to play it no avail. Servers are overburdened.
Anarchy Online - old graphics engine looks like EQ. Ran like crap on my machine.
Supreme Destiny - crappy graphics, no questing... and like alot of Korean rpgs the game is free but you gotta (top-up!) and PAY for the uber items...had to roll back my driver to even see my character.. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE....
So that has been my experience. Anyone know anymore?
