Some X360 games coming out before launch????

At my local Funcoland or Gamestop, sometimes i ask for a printout of dates for the X360 games. When i got a list about a few days ago, i notice that some games have early dates like November 7th, 11th, 15th. Are these games going to be available on those days or are they just dates that the store will get them in? I meant to ask the guy when he gave me the list but i got sidetracked with looking at the empty plastic X360 accessories.

Lol, Yes, they arn't street dated so any time we get anything in (I work for EBGames) besides the system we can sell it ASAP.

Cool, thanks. This helps alot since the time some games come out and the the system comes out i get paid again ^_^. also it cuts down in the time i have to spend up there when i pick up the system ( i preorderd at funcoland)

Though, we are one compnay now >.>... So I don't hate them entirely.

But yet, as soon as we get them in, we can sell it.

Anything you looking for that's majorly important? because well, I can let you know when we're getting it (I know of shipments that come int he computer 1 week ebfore they get here sometimes :X)

The games i want to get at launch are:

Project Gotham Racing 3
Kameo Elemens of Power
Dead or Alive 4
Perfect Darl Zero

Of those 4 which im hoping to get, if i can only get two then it will be Dead or Alive 4 and Perfect Dark Zero.

See, the dumb thing about console games is that the "console" creator and the "game" creators are two seperate entities. Neither one works on the same time frame as the other.

That is why you have X-box 360 games coming out in November, when the console isnt scheduled to hit shelves till June.

Huh? The 360 is being release Nov. 22nd, not in June.

Yes there are 360 accessories out here already also. My son picked up a wireless charger. It is nice to buy a few things before release. When you buy it all on release day and get that huge total its like "OMFG what am I doing!!?" LOL

Not always true. Nintendo and SCEA have both made games which were made by the console makers. But as a whole yeah third party companies market it seperately. I think part of the plan is to build hype and if you know your game sucks, sell it before anyone has time to play it and judge for themselves that it's bad ^^

PS2 actually had all of its launch titles on the shelves a week or two before release of the system.
