anyone got any news when this is going to release in japan this year? i CANT wait to play it from all the vids and things, people are able to try it out 30th and/or 31th this month at some convention SE is holding somewhere...damn those lucky bastard! only 9.95 to get in T_T any news would be great thx!

My Official Final Fantasy XII thread hasn't been updated recently due to a lack of actual news, but Final Fantasy XII is still scheduled for a "Fiscal Year 2005" release, meaning it could be released in Japan any time betwen now and March of next year. Rumours say that it won't be released until after the Playstation 3.

tomorrow Square will host another Square Party (now square enix party) where they will majorly announce FFXII and probably it's release date aswell as playing booths for people to experiment and get a feel on the game, im drooling on my keyboard as i patiently await the event to begin.

Correct. Square Enix Party will hopefully reveal a solid date for FFXII and Kingdom Hearts 2.

I'm sure it will generate a lot of discussion, so please talk about it either in my Final Fantasy XII thread or my Square Enix Party thread.
