Yeah but

I hope it is sci-fi but only like FFVIII. FFVII was to griddy and dark of a sci-fi. I'd rather it beautiful like VIII but also mixed with a little FFIX. Meaning I'd like sci-fi cities inside of forest like in that promo pic that's been posted. It's like Deling City of FFVIII inside of a forest.

Also I hope they take a lot from Vagrant Story. Everything in that game was brilliant to me. Maybe they could have the weapon constructing system in it like VS. I loved making my own weapons. And I hope Grissom makes an appearance or something. My favorite game character ever.

Yeah that would be cool! As long as its not another FFVII! FFVII was good but I hope they just dont make another one! Like what you said grissom, FFVIII mith IX woulr be cool! Oh and Vagrant Story was great!

This game has gotten me back into playing FFVIII. I love this game. And you're right. I think they've milked this game enough. They need to start having other characters from other "square" games in their later installments and stop using Cloud and Seph and Aeris and Tifa.

Also do you think that the whole crystal system should be in? I found it fun in FFIX and I don't know. I wouldn't mind having it reused in this one but maybe add more to it.

Yeah that would be cool aswell! Just about everything in FFIX I loved! Thats one of my fav FFs! I hope they also bring in the Summon thing that they had in FFX! Where you controlled the summons! That was cool, but I hope the Sphere system is burned in hell! I hate that, it was just way to tedious! The crystal system was cool though, from FFIX! I agree to the max when you say Cloud and the VII crew is overplayed! Enough already, the game was good but cmon FFVI was better, hell i may get flamed but i think FFIX was better!

I agree, I loved controlling Ifrit. And I didn't enjoy the sphere grid that much either since even though I was basically at the end I stil hadn't unlocked a lot on my sphere grid. I didn't mind it taking a while but all the way to the end and I still didn't have everything on my characters own grid. Mostly LuLu and Yuna.

And yeah we all have our favorite FF's. Mine has to be FFVIII but they've used Squall. I'd like to see someone from FFVI.

Yeah Hiro I know. I've played it and it's fun but what I dislike is that there are no SAMURAIS! In the first FFT my Samurai/Summoner was the best. Better than Ramza in every way even though Ramza's level was higher. *Sigh* Katanas...

Yeah I'll tell you what class I surprisingly enjoy in this new game and that's the Archers. My archers are like the first target for all my enemies. >DOOM< is her middle name haha

Quiter Magazine stated that Squenix will NOT be showing FFXII at TGS. No screenshots or new information will be presented.

However, the development team has stated that the game will be revealed to the public this fall.

Quiter also confirmed that Kingdom Hearts 2 will be the highlight of Square Enix's TGS show.

I want a game thats more intouch with the traditional FF than something else! Why dont they just save this story thats so far from FF for some other game?
