I prefer Sorbets to Ice Cream generally (Gelato's even better, and tastier) as they are milk-based instead of cream-based - a lot less fat.
And yeah snacking through the day is actually just fine (again, Dr. Oz endorses this and does this himself - always has trail mix in his pockets or carrots at his desk etc.) as long as it's healthy. It's also why I'm trying to curb my hours - funny fact, the later you stay up at night, the more prone to unhealthy snacking you become. It's weird but true. Acai products (you have to be very careful with these as a lot of them are scams and almost all of them are expensive) are also really great at burning fat, curb your hunger, and keep your energy levels up.
