i think its fair to say that if TM managed to get that card out of his hand, nothing could stop him from winning unless he were playing a blue deck. Nothing.

Anyone up for a mock draft using Cockatrice + Tappedout?

Tappedout has a mock draft function where you can draft with other people. Then we would just take the cards we draft and plant them into Cockatrice for playing purposes.

                    Who's with me?

It does with some Combo/Stall decks but if I'm honest there are far better "cheat" cards to get out, especially in Multiplayer. Braids springs to mind and is a far better Multiplayer choice since it will basically give people a reason NOT to attack you. If the guy with Braids gets attacks then they can very easily punish you by chumping Braids or saccing her for an effect, then dropping a Board Wipe.

It's the same with Aluren too, you can quite easily blow up your own Aluren with Krosan Grip (so nobody can even stop you) to punish people in Multiplayer if they attack you, then drop a Board Wipe.

At the point you can play every card in your library for free, it shouldn't really matter whether people want to attack you. If a blue deck can't win with 40 cards in hand it doesn't have to pay for, it can't win at all.

Also, in my experience people have no qualms about offing blue braids for you.

I downloaded the demo of MtG Planewalkers and played it last night on the PS3. Lost the first hand because of the 7 cards i was dealt, I only had one land. I won the second game.

I own it IRL and played it last week at FNM (3rd Place of 18)

I also bought 6 packs today at the shop before work for no reason other than to potentially get my hands on some of the cards I was missing for other decks (that weren't in the shops mothereffinbinder). This is what I walked out with:

^ Too expensive to reasonably rely on

^ A little easier to use... still have to look into HOW to use it in standard though

                              ^ Sexy. I think I'll build a B/R destruction deck for next week's FNM

^ Nice. This made it into the B/R deck for sure :3

                              ^ Timmeh!

                              ^ Amazing! (... too bad I don't play green ...)
