Honestly, I've seen more disturbing things in those Epic Meal Time videos. I don't know what could compel one to remove their genitals, much less serve them up as dinner but minefields have proven people can live without the stuff.
The person that coats sticks of butter in peanut butter, deep fries them and then eats them has a bigger death wish, though.
