I'm being reinstated.
Though it's not really due to the complaint I made through HR, it's due to the fact that A. I've been really showing up the last few weeks and showing Boss Lady what she stands to lose if I were to leave, and B. Butt Boy is transferring to another part of the agency.
You know what? A win is a win. I loved what I was doing before and I'm glad to be back at it as of next week. She always told me I was exceptional at my job, it was some other things (like my people skills, I am not much of a people person, for those who weren't already aware) that were holding me back. But when it comes down to it, there's no one in there who knows their shit better than me, and that's valuable.
