Little things that make you smile - the anti-peeve thread.
Wow guys, is BBQ actually upset that I didn't jump his gender-flipped alterego?
I think the fact that it was you that stated "Would not bang" in response to "Am I pretty?" says more about you than my question did. The answer you gave was responding to a question I didn't ask. How presumptuous!
You got my eyebrows and color preference wrong, too. I'm probably prettier than whoever you just compared me to.
Re: Little things that make you smile - the anti-peeve thread.
P4 The Animation is a bit too fast with the story at times, in other parts there's so much embellishment to fill spaces where the boss right happens that it takes you out of the show. What I do know is that the anime is cheaper on DVD had dual language only on DVD, whereas the Blu Ray is a touch more expensive and only in Japanese. $60 and $70 for half the episodes is a bit too rich for me, though.

What makes me smile?
I only need to get through eight more hours of work, and then I'm away for a blessed 10 days. And I'm going to Mexico. Where I will soak up hugs. Yay, hugs.
You have no idea. I've been toying with the idea of starting up a series of memes called "lolairport". Boston Logan isn't even all that weird by comparison... but there have been some serious characters here in the past 6 years.
- A little kid dressed as Pikachu who threw a Pokeball at me in line for my coffee. He yelled "return" so I obliged and wiggled around like I was shriveling up and said "The trainer has caught a wild US Airways Employee" before throwing him back the ball. Pretty sure that made both of our days.
- A guy with a giant mohawk and a hand=painted sandwich sign that read "Free hugz, inquire in the back".
- An elderly man who shows up once a month in short shorts (seriously... SHORT shorts) and a belly shirt to go to PHL.
Re: Little things that make you smile - the anti-peeve thread.
So I had this conversation with a client at work:
Me: So how can I help you today sir?
Client: Well basically I'm in a bit of trouble and might need to sell my car. I had 9 points on my licence but I was pulled over for drink driving and and another 3 points so now I'm banned and can't drive for a year so. Well I'm self employed and I don't think I can do my job anymore so I won't be able to afford to run the car.
Me: Well I can help you with getting all of the documentation sorted out and anything missing fro mthe DVLA. But could I ask what it is that you do?
Client: I'm a self employed car salesman.
