Just got back from The Avengers movie. It might as well have been called Iron Man and those Other People, but that's Ok cause Iron Man is cool.

Enjoyed seeing Hawkeye in action though, even though I'm not familiar with his character. Makes me feel even better about my:



...the action in-game weapon of course. I don't have the card.

Iron Man is just cooler than those other people. I think they all got ample screen time. Its just Hulk is kind of a special effects hog in a movie loaded with special effects. I thought everyone was pretty equal in the plot save for Hawkeye.

Hulk had the best scene, though. I don't have to say why. You know and once everyone else sees it, they'll know.

It was an Oscar-worthy performance. Maybe not on the level of Heath Ledger, but pretty good.

Well, he is in all the better scenes. He never gets to that General Zod level, though.

Yeah, that scene got applause tonight.

The movie was pretty awesome, but there was something off about it all night that I just couldn't put my finger on.
I thought the writing for Tony Stark was a little weaker this time around.

Actually cooking breakfast instead of just grabbing cereal or a pop-tart.

I went with a simple but enjoyable dish.
Potatoes, onions, green peppers, cheese, teriyaki sauce, combine in wok at various intervals, cook until delicious. Add salt to taste.

Definitely worth the effort. I wish I had time to do this more often.

I just had a lolable experience while taking out the trash. I hear this Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh! Scream behind me coming closer and closer and for a second there I actually thought a headless kamikaze was trying to blow me into oblivion.

When I turned it was of course a kid running like crazy while making a remarkable impersonation instead. But it really made me laugh. XD

Golfers unload their trunk to put their clubs back in and accidentally leave a bag full of liquor (Scotch, Vodka, Brandy) sitting on the curb. This bag makes its way into my office. I smile.

Giving my girlfriend a bike ride through to the station (I live three minutes from a station, but it takes longer to transfer trains than to just go to the other station)

I wonder if I could train her to say "LISTEN!" to make the experience complete.

Making tomato herb and cheese omelettes this morning with my 3yo daughter. I cut and measured everything while she beat the eggs and added all the ingredients to the pan. Not the best thing I could have done for my cholesterol, but it was great to have a hot breakfast for once, and I'll be super gratified when she grows up and moves out on her own actually knowing the first thing about cooking and feeding herself unlike her dad.
