It's a shame the company is so screwed up it doesn't pay to actually do business with them.

What do you mean by this? Is Taylor Made a customer or vendor for you?

Taylor Made is a vendor, or they were years ago before we stopped doing business with them. Most of their business currently comes from golf retail stores (Dick's, Golf Galaxy, etc) and they have dropped the ball on green grass accounts. I used to do business with them, quite a bit of it actually, and then the sales rep didn't show up anymore. We have a relatively small shop, but we do quite a bit of business. I don't know the exact reason, but I guess we just didn't fit into their business model.

In short, unless you are willing to do A LOT of business with them, they don't pay attention to you. Its a good business model if you can get away with it, and they can, just kinda sucks for people like me.

Nah, just do business with the other big manufacturers (Titleist, Nike, Ping, Callaway).

I love karma.
This weekend I went carpet shopping with my mother as they are decorating their living room/lounge. We went to a shop and my mum got about 70% disconted including delivery and fitting. The guy who owend the shop knew me from my work and recognised me. I nursed his dying father about 3 years ago and when he died the son inherited the family business.
My mum was thrilled and loved being told how she raised such a great son. I did a fair bit of blushing too lol.

The amount of space my kids have playing on the couch. All of the different positions they can be in and still be (relatively) comfortable is amazing! My middle kid was just laying perpendicular to the couch, butt to the back, head just barely dangling off the front, legs pointing toward the arm of the couch. Perfectly content to lay like that and watch TV!

Karma rewards me once again.

With me being suspended on full pay I learnt that I can still work via the bank agency "the hospital's internal temp staff" and work at one of our partnered hospital sites. because I'm on full salary while away it counts as overtime so I get 33 1/3 % extra on my hourly rate, plus 33 1/3 % for working on another site. So I'm going to pick up roughly triple my salary and probably for less work.
