I have taken about fourteen pictures of myself and they all look bad. I am terrible at self-photography. If I manage to take one that doesn't look like crap I will post it though.

That's part of the problem.

I look in the mirror and I take the picture. I don't change my expression at all, but somehow, what looked good in the mirror looks bad in a photo. I'm truly just not photogenic. I thought I was crazy for a while but I started watching America's Next Top Model many years ago and Tyra was saying the same thing, that some people look great in person but not so great in photos. So I guess I'm either bad at taking pictures or bad at being in pictures, or both.
