Not to mention there are things like food allergies and everyone's body being different. Its easy to say "diet and exercise" but that's not helping anyone specifically. For me it means cutting corn and wheat products, which can be a touch tricky when you want to pack quick convenient meals for work or school. I can't even have corn and wheat in moderation. I seem to have a problem with tomatoes, too. Asking me to cut those is taking like 90% of the fun out of most meals. Quick and easy at that point is rice, other veggies, grilled meats and fruit.
Its OK for a while, but it does get boring. The peanut butter and jelly sandwich or pizza may not be as good, but it tends to be more time-efficient and you may not be fully detoxed by the time you start craving such things.
Anyway, Feba and a couple others still miss the point that shame is not the healthy way to promote a healthy lifestyle, and with that:
