The girls at work have all been perving on the new junior doctor we have on the ward. He's pretty hot I have to agree.
The girls have all been trying to lay claim to him lol. Karen the ward clerk got dragged aside by him to the disgust of the others, She returned to a series of filthy looks from the girls and then told them that he had asked if I was single.
So now I'm the evil one lmao.

It's worse when you wake up with 30 minutes to go, because you can't say "whatever, I'll get up now" and you can't go back to sleep either. It's the worst. THE WORST.

It happens to me all the time too.

Funny, because during my more sleep-deprived semesters at college I'd do this on purpose. I'd set the alarm 30 minutes earlier, wake up to it, set it to when I'm actually supposed to wake up and nap for 30 minutes. I'm sure it's purely psychological but it felt like I was getting double rest compared to waking up on time. I mean, it's not like I'm aware I'm sleeping so when I wake up on time it's like "goddamn it, I need to wake up now." When I set the alarm earlier it's like "morning sucks, but at least I can sleep another 30 minutes."

Maybe I'm weird.

It probably has something to do with the fact that I'm never able to sleep that extra thirty minutes so I'm just tossing and turning for a half hour and when I finally start to drift off the alarm goes off. If it's a full hour I can usually get that "yay, extra napping time" effect you speak of.

I guess this is more of a silver lining. I was paid in advance to watch my sister's dog for the next week, but it wasn't so much an agreed upon amount as a random wad of cash.

I miscounted it as $25, but it it was $35. I guess a ten was stuck to the back of one of the fives. Since it was the only cash in the wallet that day i was a touch baffled that after ten on gas and six on lunch at the Mexican restaraunt that I had like $19 left.

So it was kinda like I found ten dollars I didn't know I had, though I rushed back in the restaurant just to make sure I had paid them correctly. Then I got ten for helping a friend with errands. I tried to refuse since it really wasn't out of my way or hitting the gas tank hard, but they insisted.

The takeaway is I'm getting Digital Devil Saga and DDS2 back in my library this week with no strain on my budget this week. After this little splurge, I've saving for a Wii U.
