    Update:

    Legal Union Grievance Filed:

2 weeks ago (on the 16th) I approached (Midboss) and (Big Boss) to inquire about the possibility of being either reduced to part time employment or transferred to the ramp instead of Operations in an effort to find a mutually beneficial solution to my multiple employment situation. During the meeting, after proposing my ideas to the both of them, I was asked by (Big Boss) “Why would you want to stay with a company that you trash talk on Facebok?”. The question initially confused me, but later made me very upset. When she asked me, I responded “I’ve done no such thing. Who told you I did?” to which she only answered “It doesn’t matter”. Shortly after the meeting ended without resolution, I returned to the office and spoke with (Midboss) again (who was the only one in the office at the time) to ask who would say such things about me. He simply told me “What matters is that you didn’t say it. That’s all”.

By the end of the day I had scoured through my Facebook to search for anything that might look as if it could cause such an accusation. I found nothing of the sort dating back as far as 5 years.

At this point I was pretty upset, but willing to let go of the whole thing since it had no effect on anything I was going through… and because the accusation was unfounded and clearly meant as a hurtful attack on me from someone unknown.

Yesterday (the 30th), I arrived at work and ran into a fellow employee of the company who was initially surprised to see me because he was under the impression that I had been fired. He quickly informed me that he had come to this conclusion based on his conversation with (Big Boss) the previous afternoon. He told me that she had approached him and asked him if he would show her my otherwise private Facebook so that she could confirm her suspicions that I had in fact been badmouthing the company on it. He then told me that he refused to do so because it would be an invasion of my privacy and a betrayal of our friendship to do so.

I was under the impression that I had squashed the rumor and that the issue was in the past and not to be brought up again. This new information makes me feel harassed and uncomfortable. I find it highly inappropriate that my (Big Boss) would seek to investigate my (or any other employee’s) private Facebook account in such a sneaky manner in order to seek out proof of a rumor. It further makes me uncomfortable to speculate on what she may have planned to do with any information she may have found there.

I keep my life outside of work separate for good reason. Her attempt to pry into it is completely uncalled for.

    Respectfully submitted,

    _______X_______

Disclaimer: I am not a good editor.

If possible I'd work in more about how completely and totally unethical Big Boss is for doing what they did. Also something about how you seem to be getting targeted specifically, like they have a grudge against you. That sort of thing is unprofessional on their part.

Again, don't take my input too seriously. What you've got there is pretty good and you should have a solid case.

Buzz words flying around the office right now are "Discrimination", "Targeting", Harassment", "Whistle-blower" and "Retaliation".

I promised them that if they were taking me down, I'd burn this bridge so hard there would be nuclear fallout. So far... we're on track for hazmat suits.

Sounds like a pretty professional, straightforward account of what you felt happened.

How much older are Midboss and Big Boss, though? I say this because willingness to admit fault seems to be difficult the older people get and could be a good indicator for how much further you can press the issue. Not to stereotype or anything, but my experiences is baby boomers love to make themselves impervious to fault even when they're clearly in the wrong.

If you've written this with how they'd likely react in mind, however, your bases are probably covered.

It appears very well written. I italicized a part that could become problematic, depending on how you end up editing this to completion. It's all italicized, so I emboldened it.

I have a script set up in Autohotkey that hits Num Pad 0, the shortcut to select things on the keyboard every second. Once I'm in a queue I can just pause the script ot let it keep hitting conform since it just put be back into a queue anyway.

It lets me do stuff like play on the Vita or 3DS while waiting in a queue. Downside is that if the servers go down or I get the 2002 error when the lobby server goes down, have to manually redo everything and set it back up.

It's also pretty useful at an Autofire function for crafting. Hammering Standard Synth does put a lot of wear on your keyboard.

Got it. Thanks for the heads up. That would have been an unfortunate (albeit somewhat funny) typo.

Just got back from seeing The World's End a couple hours ago.

Probably the best movie I've seen this year. I guess I didn't get out to see much this summer, but I did like Pacific Rim, Man of Steel and Star Trek Into Darkness - I just didn't expect a slacker comedy about getting smashed to beat them all. I think I'm starting to prefer British slacker comedies to American ones.

Then again, once Kevin Smith grew up I think American slacker comedies just boiled down to "tee hee We're stoned." Funny how a movies with pot dealers making cameos were funnier and it mostly not eing aout the weed being funnier. I am curious to see how Clerks 3 pans out now that they're all like over 40.

Dear Guy Who Just Made My Burrito:

Have you ever been to earth?

On earth, we use the word “burrito” to describe a tortilla filled with things you eat. Pretty simple stuff, and I’m surprised you at least got that part right. My burrito was, in fact, filled with food. In this, you and I agree and are friends. But this is also where my lifelong hatred begins for you and anyone else whose brain has been repeatedly scrubbed with the same mixture of bleach and Pop Rocks as yours has. Because that should have killed you, but left you around long enough to do what you did to me today. Let me explain:

                            You’re an idiot.

                            Let me further explain:

Burritos are eaten from one end to the other. So that means when you assemble a burrito with motherfucking ZONES of ingredients going that direction, you create a disgusting experience for the burrito’s end user. When you make a burrito, you should put the ingredients in layers lengthwise. That way, every bite has AT LEAST A FUCKING CHANCE of getting at least two types of ingredients, and there is little chance of becoming almost hopelessly trapped in a goddamned cilantro cavern.

Have you ever eaten one of the things you make all fucking day? You should try one. They are pretty good WHEN YOU ARE NOT WILLING YOURSELF THROUGH THE FUCKING EMPIRE OF SOUR CREAM ONLY TO END UP IN LETTUCE COUNTRY.

When you eat a burrito, you don’t stand it up and bite down on it lengthwise like a fucking Rancor. Humans can’t usually dislocate their jaws, and I’m not a fucking pelican. But you must think that’s how it’s done, since that would be THE ONLY FUCKING WAY to take a bite of your crapstrosity and have it taste like a burrito.

And guess what else, player? You probably can’t guess anything, because I’m pretty sure you’re just a mop with a hat on it that fell over and spilled some shit into a tortilla, but just in case, here’s what:

Humans also don’t eat burritos like fucking corn on the cob. Like a fucking typewriter from one end to the other a little at a time and then DING next line. But today I wish I had tried that. Because at least THEN I would be able to eat some rice, then beans, then be all like HEY BEANS I’LL BE RIGHT BACK JUST GOING OVER HERE TO THE GUACAMOLE FOR A SECOND.

                            Nope.

My experience was more like HEY BEANS IT’S JUST GOING TO BE YOU AND I FOR A MINUTE UNTIL I CAN FUCKING EXCAVATE THE RICE FROM BENEATH YOU BUT BY THEN YOU WILL BE A FADING MEMORY OH HEY I WAS WRONG I’M IN THE FUCKING CHEESEOSPHERE NOW RICE MUST BE NEXT I HOPE IT’S NOT ANOTHER FUCKING SALSA POCKET.

You built this thing like a fucking pack of LifeSavers.

And don’t even fucking think I’m about to open this shit up and re-engineer your nonsense 90 degrees. I ALREADY PUT A HOLE IN IT WITH MY FUCKING MOUTH. YEAH. THAT’S HOW I DISCOVERED YOU FUCKING SUCK AT LOOKING AT THINGS. I AM NOT GOING TO DO FUCKING TORTILLA ORIGAMI TO GET THIS SHIT BACK TOGETHER, ONLY TO END UP WITH A BURRITO THAT’S BEEN SHOT IN THE GUT AND IS BLEEDING YOUR INEPTITUDE.

What’s that? I should ask you to mix it up first next time? IS THIS JAMBA JUICE? I DON’T WANT TO DRINK MY FUCKING BURRITO THROUGH A BENDY STRAW, AND I DON’T WANT A PILE OF BURRITO SOUP IN A FLOUR CAN.

                            I just want a burrito.

                            In conclusion:

You’re the worst thing that has ever happened to the universe, you owe everyone everywhere an apology for this burritobomination, and I hope your babies look like monkeys.
