Sometimes you read a webcomic for weeks and nothing is really all that great and you start to think to yourself "maybe it's just not good anymore". Then they post this:

Seeing people actually being curtiuos to others, and seeing them hold doors open for others, carry things for people, and the little things, and having some one hold a door open for me, even though I work at that place... Makes my day when I see that kind of thing.

When people make me feel appreciated, not the boss, but the customers, every day people who will never see you again. -Sigh.- I never feel appreciated by my boss, but when a random person comes up to me and says that I am doing a great job keeping the bathroom clean, the windows, doors, walls and so on, it makes me smile a bit. Yet, my boss doesn't make me feel appreciated.

People with manners.... People who are are nice to you, and speak properly, and apologize for their mistakes, and will help you when you need it.

I don't know what it was, but today was a wonderful day at work. Wonderful spring time weather, nice and warm with a cool breeze blowing through the air....

Maybe it was just the day that caused people to be like this, or if it was just a rare occasion...

Everything that happened today makes me think that all hope for humanity isn't lost yet, it just isn't found in the right times.

Driving across the bay with the windows down. I haven't done it yet today, but I can look outside my window and see that the weather is gorgeous. I love driving across the bridge and just enjoying my environment. It's so beautiful and you can smell the air and it's so crisp and just perfect. In a few months it will be too hot to drive without the AC on so I appreciate the days where it's just nice.

The forecast for the next 10 days. Currently, the expected lows are higher than the average highs for this time of year. It'll suck when temps drop back down to normal, but for now... makes me smile (and wish I could open the window in my office)!
