I've been watching a ridiculous amount of anime lately, and one that really stuck out to me was Kokoro Connect. I watched the first episode and was a little bored, and the next thing I knew I was up til' 5:30am finishing the series! I was told the show was kind of girly, but I loved the hell out of it. Can anyone recommend anything similar? I seem to be on some sort of romance-y anime thing right now.

Ironically because he's speaking German in a thick English accent I understood that a lot better than if a native German speaker would have been saying it.

Elfen Lied (Dark Romance)

Don't think I'd recommend Elfen Lied to anyone looking for romance. The romance felt really secondary and I mostly just remember the killing, maiming, and suspense over who's going to get killed next.

Might want to try Lovely Complex. It's a high school romance between a tall girl and a short guy. Nodame Cantabile is good too.
