More or less, if you agree with the adjectives on that woman's leg, you lose and prove the creator's point. You got punked. Agreeing with the adjectives is pretty much condoning sexism, even rape. So good job on that. I could have picked apart your silly argument on Pokemon, but Armando had that covered.

In fact, this was from a high school project, in which photographer learned to overcome her own shallow notions about other women based on the way they dressed - from Muslim women to girls whe like dressing sexy.

I'm glad you found the time to nit pick. I was simply using that picture as an example to my own statement. I don't care for the back history of the picture.

I'm not sure for those who have played this game. But it's very irritating when your being balled out by Tigger.

Friend of mine told me about it about two days ago and I decided to give it a shot. There was such a huge difficulty jump between Rabbit and Owl that I thought Owl was a mistake, and the next opponent would be easier. Then I got to Tigger and said "You know what, this isn't worth it."

Oh god. I was just told the Japanese version is worse. I'm up to Kangaa on the Japanese version. She's fucking ruthless.

It's not the fact that when she send you the pitch the ball moves, it's the damn speed. THE SPEED MAN!

"Christopher Robin"? That's an awfully strange way of spelling "Yumemi Okazaki".

Last edited by Yellow Mage; 01-13-2013, 06:39 PM. Reason: Actual gameplay against her (by one VERY foolhardy/masochistic/brave Marisa player) is shown, starting at 2:56 (just without sound effects).

You know not of whom you speak. He is Dark Lord incarnate, the physical manifestation of all things impure Yellow Mage. He will rip your soul from your body, to fill his ever growing power.

I called it quits at Tigger as well. I found Tigger less frustrating than Owl because I felt like my results were actually correlated with my skill and input, as opposed to Owl, whose pitching quirk just gives you a totally random result when you hit the ball. After Owl, I expected Tigger's schtick to be that the ball flies around in a loopy path like a cartoon magic bullet before crossing the plate at a random location and timing.

Not a bad distraction for a while.

Piglet had me scared when I first played, his fastball was horrendous, when I got up to Kangaa her speed pissed me off so I proceeded to grind on her for awhile to rack up points. Then used my Power (Power-Up) and wailed her balls out of left and right field. Owl and Rabbit I breezed through, but Tigger is the most annoying bunch out of all of them. Christopher Robin is the next step up and like they say, it's like challenging god itself. For those of you who wish to try, go here. You also have 2 Options.

                    1. American Version - Winnie The Poohs Home Run Derby - Online Game - is easier, and the read out is obviously english. Some of the pitches are slower. Made for casual players.

                    2. Japanese Version - ゲーム - Yahoo!きっずディズニー - welcome to hell and everything in it. You will be working your mouse or touchpad till your fingers bleed trying to correctly places your timing to where your little pleasingly plump bear hits the ball. Not for the faint of heart and Tigger shows no mercy.

This is a guide to defeating the Dark Lord. May it serve you well.

I just got up to 19/28 on Tigger. I'm calling it quits. Christopher Robin is 40/50....I wish to keep my sanity.

Never in my life did I think I'd feel so obligated to take a bat upside the head of childhood iconic characters. Also this is for entertainment and a small laugh, for those of you who are at work and need something to do.

After a good 15 minutes of trying, I figured out that you get way more consistent results against Owl if you move as close to him as possible. Seems the further back, the worse the zigzag gets. Also, I found that in general I want to aim for the left edge of the zigzag, otherwise I get a lot of really weak hits when the ball hits too close to my hands. I also found that my timing improved when I moved the mouse cursor a bit above Pooh's bat, so I'd swing a bit earlier. But yeah, I didn't feel like investing the time to be able to take on Tigger, and if the Japanese version is even harder...fuck that.

Did you make it to Rabbit at least...I forgot who came first. Owl then Rabbit or Rabbit then Owl. I'm still stuck on Kangaa on the Japanese version. The American version I can do just fine, up until Tigger....once again. Invisible sliders are not fun. I guess I have to work on my meditation skills to see the ball coming or some jazz like that. The other point I'd like to make is when going up against Christopher Robin, he is a combination of everyone else made with his own unique "randomized" style. This includes ball speed too.

Went back to the game this morning at the request of my daughter, who wanted to sit in my lap and play umpire. Reached a new personal best of 23 runs vs Tigger. English version. I ground enough points to level my stats to 17-19-20. With a little more practice and maxed Contact, Tigger seems doable.

If the Japanese version is harder than this, then LOL. The difficulty in the English version really isn't too bad until you consider that it's targeted at little kids. Most of the frustration for adults probably comes from the fact that everything about the game from the characters, to the music, to they stat bars made of honey pots tells you you're playing a game for little babies that poop hard in their diapers while you're getting reamed out by fricking Tigger. I'll be honest, I hated that tiger when I was a little kid. It drove me nuts how annoying and inconsiderate he is.

                                2/10. Wouldn't recommend. The lead-up oversold the punch-line.
