There's a Maserati parked outside my building.

I don't live in a really bad neighborhood (in fact, this place is quite a bit less ghetto than my old place) but I also don't live in that nice of a neighborhood.

I'm perplexed by this.

Yeah where I am, usually if you see an expensive sports car it belongs to a football player or a drug dealer. Or used to and is stolen.
