On an internet forum, a person who defends a member who is clearly wrong, usually with the hopes of gaining brownie points with said member. Often seen as negative behavior.

Similar to playing Devil's Advocate, but specific to internet forums.
Member 1: Why all the hate? He made a valid point and you guys are just dismissing him.

Member 2: Dude, stop white knighting, the guy's a troll. You're just making it worse.

Every mention of white knighting I've ever seen involves defending females in particular.

I see it used a lot on BG. It's usually used in reference to a poster defending a player in the game who has had their screenshot taken as an example of poor judgment. It's usually in response to a well-meaning attempt to try and explain it away with reasons like "He doesn't play often" or "It's not the best, but it's not awful."

I have felt like crap at work all week. I think it's the woman-type-stuffs.

Thankfully, killing people in WoW has helped me vent a little. There's very little quite as satisfying as watching Alliance die.

Yeah, I'm saying F it and I'm selling off my PS3 to get back into XI, the only good outlet I've had that's kept me entertained for months, It will be worth the 60 dollars to re-up XI. Unless I got my prices wrong....

1. 15 Dollars for content slot reactivation
2. 25 Dollars for World Transfer (Going back to Phoenix)
3. 20 Dollar DLC pack or is it 30? I don't remember the prices for the rest of the expansions.

So in total about 65 dollars. But totally fucking worth it.

Ugh, that grey-blue sky in the morning in all its...grey-blueness as you go work. It's a color that reminds me of all-nighters in college. As if mocking you: "So I hope last night was totally worth it. How's that sleep deprivation working out for you?"
