Just had my physiotherapy assessment, an hour and half and need to complete it on thursday with another hour an half before a program is drawn up for me. due to my history they need to really deal with me thoroughly. Thankfully I have a nice kind to the eyes 30ish female physio which helps things when they move you into unthinkable positions.

Damn. This city has had 7 this year. I'm not exactly concerned; it's not like it was a drive-by or something. Apparently some crazy 66 year old man got in a verbal fight with his neighbor and it escalated to a shooting. Not a lot of details released, but it was a very isolated thing and he was detained right away.
