Another contributing factor is that I had friends in the game who have since quit. I got the urge to play the game again. And one of the things that really made me lose it was the awareness that they weren't there anymore.

If anything, I'd like to be able to get back in touch with people who have since quit that I never realized I would miss. Kind of a shame I didn't get their contact info when they left. We were pretty tight knit in the game. We did a lot of Limbus, Ballista, and whatever else they thought of doing on the whim. Found a group on Facebook that is for former Siren players, though it obviously isn't comprehensive and doesn't have everyone I'm stalking looking for.

Scary how you never really know people. One person I knew who presented herself as a lesbian woman online who formed an online relationship with a teenage girl turns out to be a man. FREAKY!

My job finally has me filling out weekly status reports, and we've even moved beyond simply emailing them to our supervisors. It's like we're a real company or something. How bizarre.

I downloaded Tetris on my new phone, and I'm seriously way behind the technology, badly. I barely touch the screen and BAM my block has landed well out of range of where I wanted it to. I don't even try to execute the fast drops, either, they just happen when I'm trying to rotate. It's way too fucking sensitive for me. Urgh lol.

What type of phone do you have? It could be a sensitivity issue your having. Have you tried one of those pen things (I can't spell that word... I've never actually seen it written. XD))

It's been weeks since I last logged in and I find myself yearning for Guild Wars 2 more than I find myself wanting to roam Vanadiel.

When it's weeks apart from logging in for me, that typically means I'm bogged down with real-life stuff. And if anything, getting hyped for GW2 is making me want to play FFXI even more. So much stuff I've not done as of yet, you see.
