You can have orange chicken (use oranges instead of lemon, cut them up into slices and slip them inside the carcass or under the skin). Use segments to make a fruit salad or just cut some slices and place them in a glass of water to have some water with a meal with a hint of orange (works well in vodka to!) Then of course you could always get some duck and make duck l'orange and have a nice orangy gravy with it. You could mix chunks up with melted chocolate and make your own orange chocolate etc. etc.

There was an old skit I've been trying to find, probably from Dr Demento, about propecia. It had a ghetto sounding woman named propecia come in and comment on everything the advertiser was saying, including a hilarious list of side effects and the hilarious line "I don't want no pregnant wimminz touching me, you hear!?" Unfortunately there is an actual drug called propecia with actual horrible side effects that is making my web search impossible.
