Where I live it's always either too fucking hot or raining hard. Sometimes both on the same day. And when it rains hard, some streets get flooded.

I've always preferred cold weather for purely practical reasons. There's lots of ways to trap heat when you're cold, the easiest being putting on even more clothes. When it's hot, though, there's only so much clothing you can take off before you reveal too much of your unflattering physique, or end up naked. Cold weather also doesn't make me sweat, which means less getting up for water and easier workouts.

Or maybe it's just a case of the grass being greener on the other side. Who knows.

You probably need to exercise *a lot* more. And how does it work over there concerning diabetes analysis and stuff like that? Is it included in the physical old geezers like you take from time to time?

It's been over a year since my last physical since my health insurance lapsed. At the time, my LDL was too high, HDL was too low, and triglycerides were way high. My family has a history of heart disease on both sides. Otherwise my bloodwork was pristine. No blood sugar problems or anything like that. Since then my diet has gotten a lot better but my exercise has gone way down since I'm no longer doing manual labor in a warehouse.

There is a possibility that you have a veeery minor case of serious brain damage. But don't be alarmed! Alright? Although if you do feel alarmed, try to hold on to that feeling, because that is the proper reaction to being told that you've got brain damage.
