Sexually I don't recall anything in Bible Black being especially offensive for hentai. It's just that it used a familiar western idiom of demonology and satanism that might be offensive on its own to a Christian.

Going by your subjob choice and furry-con attendance, I wouldn't expect you to be restrained by social stigma or cultural dogma, and going by your essentialist religious views, I'd think you'd put a greater emphasis on a foundation of love and respect between sexual partners rather than caring as much about how or with whom they choose to have sex. How's that?

Back, was tied up with an exam.

That's what I was talking about. I assumed anyone who's ever consumed hentai had at least some familiarity with LBG for comparison. But wait ... did you not watch it, then?

I have not. At the time I was just barely starting high school. Like I said, I still had a sense of shame back then, so looking at smut was an on again, off again affair. It was never planned in advance and I didn't leave traces, plus privacy was an issue, so it was pretty much JPGs all the way for me. The few times I've actually seen animated stuff it's been disappointing and off-putting.

Ah. Well, BF is a manga so jpeg is the format. It's possibly worth checking out as a unique experience, even if you have no sexual interest in it as Takelli does, for being simultaneously adorable and horrifying. You didn't miss anything with LBG.

iirc, there was a humour and writing that was just odd in bondage faeries.

The erotic part was a whole other type of odd, I remember that clearly. I also recall having some critical views of the art.

It has seriously been a long time.

You know looking at a lot of things, Armando is right, animated hentai is seriously lacking and off-putting.

The first Bondage Fairies series had an actual plot arc. The fourth did, too, but the characters came across much more flat (in the literary sense).

I'm trying to think of a counter-example of an animated hentai that had some artistic merit, but nothing's springing to mind. I'm sure someone would say Urotsukidoji, but I never cared for it. I wish Himekishi Lilia had ended differently, which says something in its favor, but ... not enough.
