I just left my job today after 2.5 years.

After all of the bullshit and mistreatment and issues I've had, there are a lot of damn good people that I'm going to miss. I've been crying pretty much since I walked out the door (okay, a few minutes before that too when I was saying bye to everyone). It's hard to see something like this end. And at the end of the day, I really did enjoy the work and the mission.

But it's still very hard. I'm feeling sad right now. But things are gonna look up shortly. I just need to hold my head up and get through it, because greatness awaits, and I know I can always go back and visit with the friends I've made.

Hm. So I just got my first ever jury duty summons.

Good news is that the location is only three blocks away and I don't work that day. Bad news is I'll probably be disappointed it's nothing like Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.

I just spent the last two hours of my life cleaning the bathroom from top to bottom. Ugh, that is a job I would not wish on my worst enemy. Not that I'm a dirty person, it's just that things get dirty and that's a fact of life and I hate it.
