Re: Official Bored at Work / Off-Topic Chat Thread II
So there's this specific part of my dream that I remember clearly from this morning... Me and this cartoonish Arabian, turban and all, were standing in a field with mountains all around. Can't remember what he was telling me but the dude had wide yellowish-red glowing eyes so I don't think I even want to remember. So after that, there's this abandoned shed to my left that I apparently had to pay to get in but I just needed to use the bathroom so the sign taped to the door said it was okay but it's "your choice" in crude crayon writing.
So I step inside, dark hallway, rotting wood interior - a red lighting in the far end so I go investigate. In that room, is a kitchen and a fat guy in chef attire, blood stains on his apron. I focus my eyes to the dark corner and see some blueish fat blob... It's a overly obese zombie-looking women with amputated arms and legs. The chef asks me if I'm here with the order, can't remember what I responded with but I mumble something about cannibalism. He opens his dirty fridge that's filled to the brim with every kind of meat. For some reason I recall one of the meats being "cat fettism"...
So, can't recall the pieces after that, but it ends with Derpy Hooves calling Bonbon in a phone line. Apparently Derpy knows about the shed because she's trying to get Bonbon (who works at a police station?) to send someone over to come check it out, while Bonbon is assuring her there's no problem. "No, really. Someone should really come see this - in fact, send the SWAT with them". So in the end they end up arguing with Derpy telling Bonbon she's not doing her job properly and Bonbon defending herself about that accusation.
Re: Official Bored at Work / Off-Topic Chat Thread II
It's been a really long time since I've seriously been with anyone and ... I'm ready to try to find someone again. Meeting someone at work is not an option (well it is, but not really viable at this company), so I just signed up for match.com.
I'm not sure if I really hope to find anyone at all, but I guess I just want to see what's out there, and if nothing else, make a few new friends.
Anyone ever try the online dating thing, and in your opinion, does it work?

Two of my sisters married people that they met online via dating sites. Both are still married. I guess the trick is to be honest about yourself and what you're looking for.

People always sound different on the phone. It makes for awkward situations where you don't recognize someone who you work with on a daily basis, simply because you're talking to them over the phone. Bleh, weirdness.

See attachments.
EDIT: Also, on topic, I'm not going to lie. I also have an online dating profile. But I don't really use it. It's just kind of there "just in case". Too much of a loser to actually try e-mailing someone.

In referencing to Aksannyi's picture...
Is there any reason why some people insist on playing hip hop music from their cars so loud that you feel the beating from a completely separate car? With your windows closed?
