Better question: Who runs with a headline like that? Let's just forget some of the obvious targets of this article, I mean, what about what little democrat support Obama has left? He's the only guy the have on the re-election ballot, is Newsweek also saying they're dumb to question him on anything? I think the NDAA was the final betrayal for some of them. They can't question that?

The problem Obama faces right now is he can't run on his record. His record is shit, so all that can be done now is attack those speaking against him, whoever they might be. That's what that cover and article are communicating.

The problem is the unwillingness of Democrats to criticize Obama. Might have something to do with how there seems to be no alternative candidate on the table. Often, I find myself wondering if we would've been better off with Clinton.

I get the feeling though, the decision on the Keystone Pipeline is going to make this a done deal. And with the elections just around the corner too. His "dumb critics" are having a field day with this.

What a shitty day, I was 30 minutes late to work due to a massive accident in the middle of the bridge - one of only three ways to get across the bay without driving all around. I hate being late. HATE HATE HATE. Not only that, I average 40 minutes to get to work. So I leave an hour early to make up for stupidity I might encounter. I left at 6PM and got to work at 7:30, I was super fucking pissed. I. Hate. Traffic. My lease is up in July, and I'm not planning to stay. I'm moving closer to work, because fuck. this. shit.

Then I get there and people want to be stupid ... fuck. It's days like these when I'm so glad to come home and grab a cold beer.

Its sad how many jobs and how much economic growth he prevents and then turns around and says his focus is on jobs. And the people he tries to win on this - these people that pretend they care about the environment - they don't live there, they probably have jobs and the most they've ever done for the environment is fill a recycling tub or participated in a drum circle.

I really do wish that when you have a bad president, someone in his party would run against him. This is the part of politics I'll never understand - why give a terrible incumbent any chance of a second term?

I finally logged into FFXI this weekend for the first time in like...3 weeks. Skryim has spoiled me rotten and I find my tolerance for SE's bullshit is a lot less than it was. There's far too much sitting on your ass waiting in FFXI and not enough actively playing. Back to Skyrim for me.

I'm considering doing just the same. Actually, I might log on sometime this week just to take care of something really quick, but after this month, I might go on some sort of break for an indefinite amount of time. If not outright quitting. Though I won't attribute it to any sort of negative sentiment toward the state of FFXI. Ok, maybe I will...a little. But really, after so many years, I thought, "You know what? Maybe I've just gotten all that I can out of playing this game."
