So long as we're on the subject, does anyone have any good links to vegan resources online? I'm trying to reduce the meat in my diet for ethical/sustainability reasons and the egg and dairy products for cholesterol reasons, and I have a hard time finding good recipes.

I honestly don't know any good ones my self, but my GF possibly might have a few links that I can go to, that I can link in here. If she logs on before anyone links any sites before then....

I'm a fan of instructables.com because you usually get better instructions than you would in sites that just list recipes. You also generally get to see the end result so it's easier to tell if something looks delicious.

At this point most of what was there is gone now. I've started sleeping with different pillowcases every night and I may have mentioned that I thought it wasn't PMS but guess who came to visit early, so the break out at least made a little bit more sense, even though it was a bit more than usual.

But, this thread is informative so no reason to stop posting in it or lock it.

And yes, engorged breasts hurt (at least for humans) but it goes away after a few days, I'm not one to argue the evils of consumption of anything from animals, humans are horrible in general and we destroy fucking everything, so maybe the end of the world really is around the corner. Besides. Food chain.

Also, I wasn't advocating being exclusively carnivores or saying that the world isn't set up shitty.

Vegans need to tone down the sanctimoniousness so people will be more inclined to hear them.

Taskmage, you may have interest in this blog my friend does. She's a vegan and quite a good cook, so she has tons of really nice recipes. Most things aren't that hard to cook, either.
